Bridgman Communications understands the catastrophic effect of losing access to the outside world and the impact on customers unable to reach your business.
As a result, we have worked in partnership with a number of Carriers to create and level of redundancy that will offer several options to transfer services should the nature of the problems experienced require extensive time to resolve.
Based on the system in question, severity of the problem, length of the outage and required service needed, Bridgman has strategically developed several plans to ensure an adequate level of support to allow our customer's business to operate as smoothly as possible.
Bridgman customers are required to determine with Bridgman staff the best method of support in case of major outage. This Emergency Back-Up Plan is discussed, designed and implemented during the initial system selection and again during our annual renewable maintenance period.
